been a customer of lily nails 605 newmarket dr. in hampton va for over 7 yrs with each year that passes the service gets worst . unprofessional , inconsiderate , rude nail techs . they ALL lack experience with the exception of lily her self which causes the wait time to be unbearable . they are racist without the customers being aware . they hold conversations in their korean language laughing & talking about the customers who are 95% black women. i experienced them totaling making fun of a over weight women that dress had arised showing her belly . this was the last straw ...
