Don't be fooled, they also use 'National Exterminating Company, Inc'.\t\n\t\nWhen we called to ask questions, their manager was rude to my wife and made her cry. This company does a very poor job when it comes to mice exertermination. I had a problem with field mice and they came out, set traps, but couldn't or wouldn't find where they were coming from. I threatened to cancel their service and the agent made excuses and came out again. Just like previous times, he walked around with his flashlight looking for more droppings but was unable to kill a single mice. I caught several with traps I bought at the store and then discovered where they were coming in and sealed up the hole. I made the mistake of opting for the 12 month plan to save $100. I cancelled after I had solved the problem, they did essentially nothing, and I still had to pay the $100 penalty. I would highly not recommend this agency if you have a mouse problem.
