Love everything about East Coast Tans! Great location, low prices, open 7 days a week, great employees, very clean - yes they clean the beds, spray tan, and the Red Light Therapy is something new - my mom loves it. This tanning salon has been here for over 10 years and they've kept their look and services updated, but the prices haven't changed! East Coast Tans in Midlothian (The one behind Arby's) is a great place. However, the employees ARE rude. Not a friendly atmosphere. The blonde who works there is ok with helping people. The brunette (early 20's) is the worse. Not helpful and rude. I already know 3 people who have stopped going there because of the unfriendly atmosphere. Whoever owns that location needs to fill it with employees who are helpful and have at least some personality. I love the actual place. But-- not the customer service. My money will find another place. Sad, because they do have some decent beds... they just need MUCH better people. ...read more
