On two separate occasions once for high blood pressure medication and once for a sleep medication, I have had to make numerous calls and request only to have my HBP meds called into the Pharmacy two days passed my refill date even though I called for the refill 3 days before it was to expire. Second on my sleep medication the refilling doctor changed my dosage without my knowledge or consulation with me. Now I'll have to go without this medication for another 30 days because of his mistake. I have been a patient here for 3 years and this last year has been the worst I have ever experienced in my 59 years of life. I'm finding another provider and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to look else where and save themselves the same problems and frustration I have experienced with this facility. ...read more
