If she can’t always feel good about her age, weight, or what time is doing to her face, maybe she can feel good about her hair... in the course of a single haircut, you managed to take that away from me... ...the arrangement of products, the high mirrors, you keep customers turned to the wall... cannot see what you are doing. Whatever possessed you to hack away with impunity at inner sections of my long, healthy hair... I walked in with full, healthy, well-kept hair, for a trim. I left with a ratty mess that will last for years. People came out of Treblinka with better haircuts. I am not vain; I am heartbroken. Shame on your bravado and ineptitude.
