I used to go for Linda for all my nail problems, but now, she is either too busy or gives me to someone else to do. I had an appointment made and when I got there I was told that person was 'running behind' so I had someone else do my nails. His name (Philip?) burned me with the machine and I told him and he totally ignored me. I am not coming back anymore. I liked the old people who worked there. I used to go to Linda's all the time and she would always have the best customer service and employees (minus that one rude man, but he no longer works there). I recently made a few visits and each time, it was getting worse. All of the workers that I liked before was gone and the customer service was bad. The other employees were nice as far as I'm concerned and apparently they quit at will which made me wonder how the business is running now as no one is as good as before. In my last visit, Linda was gone on vacation, I'll take my chances and come back when she gets back, hopefully soon, and see how it goes. Dissappointing now as it is. ...read more
