This lady is nice but her workmanship is poor. I wish I could say she does good acrylic nails, or even gel nails, but she does not. I am not sure how she stays in business. "Joyless Nails" is a more appropriate name for this establishment. I visited this place with four others to get manis and pedis for my daughter's wedding on June 16th, 2012. My daughters seemed to get good service from the gentleman and older lady that work there. Although the lady seemed to be somewhat grumpy, she did go a good job on my daughter's nails. The problem came with the other somewhat younger woman that was working that day. She first started with a pedi on the gentleman that was with us. I think she used the special "add a callous" treatment because he was actually peeling large callouses off of his feet AFTER the pedicure. He also chose to have fun and have his toenails polished. A three year old with a Crayola crayon and finger paints could have done a neater job. The polish didn't even cover the entire nail on some of his toes they weren't evenly coated at all! Next she started on my daughter-in-law's mani. The woman didn't seem to care and was hurrying through as quickly as possible. It also hurt my daughter-in-law. When it was my turn to be tortured I found out for myself about a painful manicure! It was awful!!! Then she filed my nails with absolutely no care as to the shape. They were totally crooked! I pointed this out to her so she filed again, once again as quickly as possible and paying no mind to the shaping. They were still as lopsided as can be. A construction worker with a belt sander could have done better (and it probably would have hurt less) I pointed it out to her again. This time she handed me the file so I could do it myself!!! So I did, (as she went off to work on someone else.) She came back and did the polish. The second coat didn't even cover the entire nail! The whole experience for the three of us that this woman worked on was just awful! I would definitely avoid this place... or at least this "manicurist" ...read more

The environment was sleek, modern and clean, while also comfortable and inviting. Sarah listened to my styling regime and lifestyle and treated wonderfully. Her touch was light as she gently shampooed, styled and low-dried my hair.
