I took my truck to Best Buy for a car starter installation and they bent my hood up on the front left corner about 1/4in. When I pointed it out, the installer pretended the car came in like that. Then when I opened the hood, the installer had left a tool inside, under the hood. A really poor installation job was evident, since much of the molding was also loose and a molding clip was missing. The installer denied the damage saying that I couldn't prove he did it. I showed the manager the truck and told him the story and he wrote up an insurance claim. The insurance never called me and I fixed the damage on my own. Best Buy has decent prices, but I will never have anything installed by them again. ...read more

DON'T take your computer to the Geek Squad in Leesburg if you are having problems with the recent outbreak of viruses. They charged us $200 to fix my laptop and said it would take 2-3 days. A week an a half later, after we're calling every day or two, they finally admit they can't fix it and then say they will charge us $100 to back up the data before they wipe it clean, and they WON'T refund the $200. WHAT? Seriously -- Take it to someone with skills and integrity. The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Leesburg don't have either, and they will completely rip you off. Most important point here -- THEY CAN'T FIX THE CURRENT VIRUS PROBLEMS AND WON'T TELL YOU UNTIL AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. ...read more
