I bought a computer from Latifa, which was supposed to have a 90 day warranty. She bought the computer to my house and did not have the required cables to connect it. She claimed she would bring me some cables which she never did. When I tried to download Microsoft Office to the computer, it would not load because the computer needed an additional program that it would not download from the internet. She finally picked the computer up two months later. She said it would take three days. She kept my computer over three weeks! I called and called here and she never returned my calls. When I finally got my computer back, it would not go past the start screen. I took it to the Geek Squad and they stated that the hard drive had been taken out of the computer.
