Went here because I had a buy one get one free whopper coupon. I ordered the whopper combo and gave the casher the coupon for the extra whopper. She rang me up for 3 whoppers. I told her I only wanted 2. (I'm not fat, so I don't know why she thought i wanted 3) She said I couldn't use the coupon with a combo meal. I then told her that was ok, to just give me a whopper, fries, and a drink so that I could use the coupon. She told me she could not ring up a whopper, fries and a drink. SINCE WHEN CAN YOU NOT ORDER A WHOPPER, FRIES, AND DRINK AT BURGAR KING? I asked for my money back and the manager came over but did not seem to care that their was a problem. I later called the main office and they assured me I should have been able to use the coupon. I will never eat at this store again because the customer service stinks! ...read more
