Do not hire SRJM contractors. I made that mistake and now the company has run off with the money I paid and is not finishing the job. I found them through a Craigslist ad and contacted them for a bid. Mike came out and gave me a reasonable bid, so I hired him with full confidence that the job would be done and done right. Mike started the job, but did not finish it. I have called and left messages, sent emails, text messages, but there has been no response. I have now been waiting for over 2 months for the job that I paid Mike for. All I have ever requested of Mike is that he finish the job I paid him for. At this point, I have contacted Angie's List, the Better Business Bureau, and the State Board of Contractors, and I am probably looking at a legal battle to get my money back.
