Today, I called the Fredericksburg, Va. Party City location to ask if they had any Bakugan items in stock. I wanted to be sure since it would be a 30 minute drive and I had been having trouble finding the items in other stores. The employee I spoke with put me on hold for a moment and when she returned, she assured me that they did have cups, plates, and other Bakugan items in the store. However, when I arrived, the manager pointed me to the Backyardigan items when I asked him to help me find the Bakugan items that I could not seem to locate myself. It turned out that I had wasted my time and gas money traveling to the store when they did not, in fact, have any Bakugan items at all. I asked the manager if there was anything he could do for me to make up for this error, any type of enticement to come back, or compensate for my wasted time and gas. I just received a absolutely lovely Azalea plant for Valentine's day which came from Plants N Things. Their service is fantastic but, most important, I've never bought a plant of any type from them that wasn't in wonderful health. They are the best. ...read more

Plants N Things did the flowers for my wedding three years ago, and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they helped me select flower colors and types. Their rates were excellent and they really made my wedding day beautiful. ...read more
