I have been using Bug Busters since their opening here in Farmville and have had nothing but excellent service. When I first bought my house I noticed an inordinate amount of spiders outside, just walking across my yard and on my foundation. Since Bug Busters came on the scene, I never see any at all....except an occasional dead one, which in my opinion is the only good spider. They are always friendly and on time. ...read more

My husband and I have used this exterminating company for only a few months but in the short amount of time there are obvious problems. They schedule an appointment with you to come to your home and they do not show up at the scheduled time but whenever they feel like it. You can call the office and their staff is to check on things and return your call, but they don't. They are constantly making excuses for their ineffiences. They come to our home every 2 months and spray for all pests... and we have not had any problems yet with pests returning but the quality of their customer service is not enough for my husband and I to remain long term customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe some time in the future when the management can get their act together and work out the apparent issues they may do better. ...read more
