I was very disappointed with the preventative maintenance visit they made to my home in Germantown, MD. The guy they sent spent the whole time trying to get me to buy a long term maintenance plan rather than do the check up I was paying him to do. He never even opened the fan unit in my back yard and barely touched the inside unit. He never cleaned either, nor did he add any freon or check to see how my equipment worked. In my mind I wasted my money and now have to call another HVAC company to do the preventative maintenance Croppe was supposed to do. The sales representative explained alternatives clearly. The work was scheduled quickly and performed on time. Two technicians were present. Both were completely professional and helpful. We called for a service visit once to check out a noise in the outside unit. ...read more
