I was at your establishment this morning at 2:06 am. A gentlemen assisted with my order and was not very professional. I proceeded to wait in line for 20 minutes with no one coming out apologizing for the delay or anything. I eventually just left. In the business I am in, Customer Service is extremely important and the simple fact that I could not even get a little empathy and not too mention I am in my pajamas, hungry, cant really go to my other option 7/11, I just thought I would share this story.
