Dockside Properites is the most qualified Realtors on Chincoteague Island, Va and I highly reccomend them. Our Realtor Bob Faith was patient with us and found us the house we fall in love with everytime we walk into it. He is now helping us to buy an investment vacation home. We called other Realtors before them, mainly because we knew the name....like Coldwell Banker. But they for lack of a better word...sucked. They did not know the market or how to treat people. The worst was Chincoteague Resort Realty. I won't even go there. But Dockside Properties represented us well and got us the deal we wanted. 2 thumbs up. ...read more
