I like them. I have ordered from them twice. Fast shipping, well packaged. They included a coupon for my next purchase. I got an email when shipping was updated. I emailed customer service about adding a coupon and they let me. They refunded the difference. The earrings arrived in a bubble envelope, with a box. It was sent the day I bought it.
