vey rude, unprofessional and will change your policywithout your permisson,,,refuse to discuss your policy Nekisha perfer that she leaves a message verse speaking with her client i have contacted the state board of insurance to deal with people like Nekisha ... I still wish my blessing for her but her buisness ethic needs prayers..... my advice donot deal with an independent agency when your homeowners insurance is involved.... ...read more
