Even if I was desperate to get in my car or house, I would call someone else. We lost the keys to our backyard shed and they were able to come out and unlock it for us, though the price was exorbitant. Though it was unlocked, we still didn't have keys, and since it was on a weekend, we were told they could easily provide us new keys for our lock during the week, no problem. However, when we called and then subsequently visited the store, both times they had no memory of this and made us feel like we were asking an impossible and crazy task. They claimed they had no knowledge of the job, the lock, the agreement, etc - even when presented with their own invoice for the work where they had written the key model number themselves! After the special trip to their store to get the new keys, I left feeling frustrated and annoyed. They were one of the most unhelpful businesses I have ever dealt with.
