I initially chose Carpet Plus because I prefer to work with locally owned businesses. Parking was easy; there is a ramp for handicap accessibility; the showroom is well lit and has an abundance of products, especially those which are made in America and ecologically sound; and the customer service was exemplary. My area carpet and padding were ready a week early! I was given a one hour (8-9:00) delivery time which helps with a busy schedule and a call when the people were on their way. Antique wool rugs are fragile so gentleness and care should be taken when trying to keep them clean. They do get dirty from time to time but they cannot be cleaned like most rugs.
