When I picked my wedding bands today, and asked about the leftover gold that I was suppose to get back based upon weight and the calculations done by the original lady , the owners daughter was so rude calling me names repeatedly , how dare I ask about the leftover gold , bullying me and reducing me to tears. She continued to insult me with names and told me to never come back to her store . I left the store shaking and crying . The owners daughter needs help and should not be at the counter abusing costumes like that . This is so sad and so unprofessional .
