I can't rate their service because we never got that far. I set up an evening appointment during the week for a time slot between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. Received a call at work around 4:15 PM that the technician was 10 minutes from my house. I told the tech that the appointment was for after 5:00 PM but he apparently didn't have that in his book. He couldn't stay in the area but would have the office call me later regarding a different tech. I still left work to get home by 5:00 PM only to receive a call around 5:30 PM that they could not honor the original time frame. Their only solution was for the following morning between 9:00 AM and noon. They just didn't seem to appreciate those that have work obligations. Very disappointed. ...read more
