Outstanding beds! Outstanding Customer Service! When I signed up for my membership, I was given a contract that said when I needed to cancel, so no problems there at all. They do take their last time 30 minutes before they close, but so does every salon in Blacksburg so no beating that.. As far as the girls running the place... they know their stuff! Just moved to the Blacksburg area and needed a great place to have my hair cut and colored. The salon is in a great location with plenty of parking. I was impressed with the services that I recieved. I absolutely love Shear Artistry! I discovered this gem when I was in grad school. Angie is fantastic and always delivers exactly what I want! They give the best highlights, too. Now I live two hours away, but I won't go anywhere else. I've been to other places who just did ok jobs, but people notice when I get it cut at Shear Artistry.
