Should you choose to do business with these people, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK, as they are obviously not client centric. I saw what I thought were the most beautiful topiary arborvitae trees, and bought 4 of them to go along of the rest of the landscaping I purchased there (a significant investment). To say the customer service WAS AWFUL would be an understatement. We paid for extra for delivery and the entire delivery was dumped in our driveway. The delivery "man" refused to put our plants in the garden unless I would tip him more. Since then, (less than a month) one of the topieries died. Every other plant, tree, and shrub in the garden are thriving. All have been treated the same way. When I approached the manager to exchange the obviously defective plant, he refused without any good explnation. I am not an arborist, but I know BAD BUSINESS when I see it. ...read more

We purchased a large amount of shrubbery/trees from Blue Mount Nursery to landscape our yard. Within that purchase were four (4) arborvitae topiaries. Upon delivery, the delivery person dumped the entire order in our driveway. When asked whether he could put the merchandise in the back yard, he replied, "How much are you willing to tip me?" Distressed I told him to leave everything where it was, in the driveway. Next day, we planted all the plants and shrubs in our yard. Everything was planted and treated in the same manner. Of the 4 arborvitae topiaries, 3 are thriving. However, within 2 weeks the fourth was dead. I brought this to the attention of the nursery. They asked that I take pictures of the plant and take clippings & immediately seal them in a plastic bag, and then bring them back in. I complied. They looked at the pictures and the clippings & determined that, while the topiary did not have any bugs, it must just be defective. ...read more

I shop there often and everyone is SO friendly. If I bring in a piece of my tree or shrub they offer advice and chemicals to help fix my problem! GO THERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY"RE TALKING ABOUT!! ...read more
