Joyce is an Absolutely Wonderful Computer Genius! So Knowledgeable and Experienced in the Computer World and SO VERY VERY HELPFUL! For those of us who do not speak "Computer" she is an AMAZING interface person, breaking down the Computer Language into one a regular person can understand and respond to productively. She is very Patient and Diligent, researching, establishing and carefully connecting all loose ends.
