Joyce is an Absolutely Wonderful Computer Genius! So Knowledgeable and Experienced in the Computer World and SO VERY VERY HELPFUL! For those of us who do not speak "Computer" she is an AMAZING interface person, breaking down the Computer Language into one a regular person can understand and respond to productively. She is very Patient and Diligent, researching, establishing and carefully connecting all loose ends. And for being a Computer Genius, she is amazingly human, caring and RESPONSIVE, never cold and indifferent. Totally Honest and Trustworthy, she even discovered a Great NEW Hosting deal for us! By on May 14, 2010Becky - thank you so much! You've written a really nice review! From what I can find, I don't see a way for you or I to edit it. You can only delete it and re-post it. You would have to be logged in to your account, go to 'Connect with Customers', then 'Manage Reviews'. Scroll down to where you see the review you did for me. Select and copy the text so you don't have to type it over again. Delete the review, then post a new review, pasting your text. Let me know how it goes.
