Park Glen Condominium

We had so many problems at Park Glen. The board members have nothing else to do than annoy people with stupid stuff that make no sense. They threw our $300 barbecue away because we let it cool outside for 2 hours.\t\nThey threw away the cover of my motorcycle because we cannot have any "decoration" on. They threw our flowers and herbs away because someone found a rat in his bathroom. We are simply sick of these board member. They are a bunch of old ladies and men who fit very well with very feminine gentlemen. They are noisy because they have no life. ...read more

We lived at Park Glen for a few months only and we had some flood damage. The management is so inefficient to solve problems. We had a moldy smell in the apartment for weeks now. When we ask them to come fix something they don't even care.\t\nThey just care about stupid things like throwing our barbecue grill when we left it outside for the barbecue to cool down or even throwing our flowers we had on the windows because it's supposedly not in the terms of the terms of the lease.\t\nDon't live here if you want to live in peace of mind. \t\n\t\n ...read more

Moving to Military-Friendly Arlington Virginia

If you are planning a military move because of a duty assignment or are simply looking to move to the Northern Virginia area because of its strong military population, I highly recommend looking in North Arlington, Alexandria, or Falls Church. As a native of Arlington Virginia, I am proud that Arlington is home to more than 120,000 civilian veterans! Our strong military community is part of what makes Arlington such a great place to live. In fact, Niche ranked Arlington the “Best City to Live in America.” Arlington earned the ranking for its stellar school system, high quality of life, great dining scene, and urban-suburban walkability, among other things. Additionally, Arlington has excellent proximity to some of the most prestigious military bases in the world, including Andrews AFB, Fort Bevloir, Fort Detrick, Fort McNair, Fort Meade, JB Anacostia – Bolling, JB Myer – Henderson Hall, Marine Barracks, Naval Medical Center, Naval Research Laboratory, Navy Yard, NRO Chantilly, Quantico, The Pentagon, and Walter Reed. When moving to the Arlington area, there are a number of important things to consider when purchasing a home, but first, a few fun facts about Arlington, courtesy of newsroom.arlingtonva.com.Read more. ...read more

Honored to be named a Top Producing Agent in Northern Virginia!

Rabbit Transaction

I once represented a buyer in purchase of real estate, where the Seller said that they would sell to the buyer if the buyer would keep the Sellers Rabbit. The seller was a bit of loon as you could imagine. The rabbits name was Tuffy, but she insisted that it could be spelled "Toughie". Well, the purchasers promised to take care of the Rabbit, and so they did have the seller sign there contract. A few months down the road, after the buyers forgot about the Rabbit - leaving out in the cold, forgetting to feed it......they gave it away to more caring owners. Today they still own the house. I'm not sure where Toughie is. ...read more
