Cyprus Credit Union hired American Recovery Service company to repo my car after I was 45 days late on payment. I parked my car in my shut garage at my home in West Jordan, Utah. I returned to my home on December 10 to find that my garage door had been opened and my car had been removed. Lucky for me my neighbor was standing in front of my home and watched the repo men climb up on my house and pry my garage door open. I immediately filed a report with the police as this is breaking and entering. I called the number Cyprus gave me for their location and was yelled at was told all of my complaints were lies and I was hung up on. The police are doing an investigation within the next few days and I will proceed from there. The Law clearly says that they may not enter into a closed garage to repo a car.
