They do not keep their word and are not out to help the renters only themselves. They only want your money and don't care much about you. When you move out don't expect a deposit back or much of one that is. They charge you for anything and everything they possibly can. We were charged over $400 for cleaning when the place we rented was left beyond clean way cleaner than when we moved in. I am an extremely clean person and have high expectations for myself so that place was immaculate. We were asked to have the carpets cleaned and we paid almost $200 to have them cleaned. We did everything and MORE that they asked of us. We were pushed out early from our contract and never reimbursed for those days we had already paid for. We bent over backwards to get moved out quickly they expected us to be moved out a week later the day after Christmas on a Sunday. I would NEVER recommend this rental company!
