Norm is not the fastest guy on the track, but he is an honest guy! He will show you exactly what is wrong with the vehicle and he will not take advantage of you if you seem to know nothing about cars. His prices are moderately fair, but I will tell you that the job will get done and done right. You will definatley pay for what you get at Skiba Auto Repair.
