This place I usually like, but for the past few times I've been in there, I get so much hassel about buying there products and upgrading my service!! It's really annoying. I understand them doing their job but its way too pushy and I feel obligated to buy it because Ill be in there forever for them trying to convince me to buy. When I say I already upgraded and I already have a tanning lotion and a after tanning lotion I really don't need anything else!!! Really I don't. Anyways I just hate it every time I come in and I go in so frequent that you think they would remember me and remember that I have product or see it in there computer! Anyways when this tanning pass is up Im out and it's too bad cause I am a loyal customer and I usually do upgrade and buy products! I went in on a returning customer promotion that was good for seven days. I asked for a high pressure bed before completing the sale. Not until after ringing the sale and taking my money did the girl tell me that those beds were not available for 1/2 hour. When I said I didn't have time to wait that long, she said there was nothing she could do. She refused to refund the purchase, refused to note the account to have the promotion begin on the next day I could come back, and refused to give me contact information for an owner or manager. She claimed I could call the Draper store to talk with a manager, that one was always there. They were not there and never returned my phone call.
