I just had to leave a comment after reading ArtDealerSLC's extremely dishonest review. I have worked with Nate a number of times over the years and I can honestly say that no one is more trustworthy or better suited to host your estate sale. The only "problem" with him is that he is very honest about what your items are worth in the current market, despite what hopes or sentiment you may have for them. Sometimes people don't like this, so if you'd prefer someone to blow smoke up your @$$, go elsewhere. And he does sell to a lot of local antique dealers, "his friends." But this is a good thing, The key word is SELL. Nate Bischoff gets the job done and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Ask someone in the real world about him. He has an outstanding reputation. ...read more

Mr. Thompson - Lavar told us to contact you regarding holding an estate sale at my mother's home. She passed away last week. There are a lot of antiques there as my father was a collector. I have tried calling your telephone number, however, it has been disconnected. I would love to talk to you. My cell phone is 801-699-4583. Please call at your earliest convenience! Now Open: Maeberry Vintage

I just opened my first business and it is my baby.  I have always been passionate about vintage clothing and lifestyle and now I get to share it within my community.  I started wearing vintage when I was a child.  I was always attracted to the odd and interesting things, vintage just happened to be right up my alley.  We opened our doors on September 16, 2013. We are so excited about the community's response to our little vintage shop.  We work hard to carry curated vintage that pleases the true lover of vintage. We hand pick each item and bring new items in daily.  We believe we have something for everyone, whether that be leather driving gloves, a Pendleton plaid button up, or a 1950's pin-up style frock.  When a customer comes in and finds that perfect item, it feels good. Vintage embraces curves and authenticity of the individual and we at Maeberry Vintage will help you find the right piece.  ...read more

Retro Eclectic, fill your home with fun!

Whimsical touches really make a home come alive. Don't be afraid to mix in colorful fun vintage items to bring instant life to a drab room. Create fun vingettes with incongruous items such as vintage chemical bottles on the bar area or kitch vintage home decorating books out on the coffee table. Add a dramatic retro lamp or painting to spice-up an accent wall and create instant drama! And take advantage of your local consignment shops to trade off this seasons treasures for next. Recycling and re-selling decorative items is a great way to manage your budget, keep your money within the local economy and reduce waste! It's so much more fun to find that one of a kind item, then to select mass produced items from a "big box" retail shop. Hope to see you soon at NOW&AGAIN;! xo Michael Sanders ...read more

Keeping it real, keeping it fresh!

Howdy folks Sorry it's been awhile since I've had a chance to post, but now that our website www.nowandagainslc.com is up and running, it's time to begin blogging again. I'm told every day how our merchandise at NOW&AGAIN seems so well priced. Well that's not an accident. The concept here at NOW & AGAIN is to accept only quality retro, vintage and modern merchandise and to price it to sell. Our consignment policy has the items in the store for 90 days only, and if an item doesn't sell, it's removed from the store. That keeps the shop constantly changing and feeling fresh everytime you visit. I personally never cared for a shop that seemed like a museum, where the merchandise was priced high and remained in it's dusty corner forever and ever. At NOW & AGAIN, fresh merchandise arrives daily from our hundreds of local consigners that have been providing items that are often so fabulous, that I'm always amazed as they bring it into the store to sell. So stop by the store and see what's new... and tell me you saw the blog to keep me inspired to keep writing :). Oh and by the way, NOW & AGAIN has a Facebook page:  http://www.facebook.com/#/pages/Salt-Lake-City-UT/Now-and-Again/252474336180?ref=nf  Stop by and become a fan of NOW & AGAIN on Facebook! Thanks for making 2009 a wonderful year at NOW & AGAIN and hope to see you soon during 2010. xo Michael Sanders ...read more
