I ordered one of their back packs on December 28th, 2012. It has been over 3 months now and I have repeatedly sent them messages requesting my money back and all they have done is blown me off. They are not about snowboarding they are about taking your money and nothing else. I have also ordered from them before and the silk screen on their face masks comes off after the first time you wear the mask. Will never suggest this place to anyone ever again! ...read more
