so I walk into Xpedx and my first unprofessional experience was a cashier complaining loudly about how she hates the phones. Next there is a woman in her 40's working dressed up like toy story 3 with a too short ( in a bad way) silver skirt and black cowboy boots whho apperas to be doing NOTHING. I asked her if they have a bag that a wine bottle would fit in. She tells me they might have a wine bag on Isle 2. No Offer to take me there pretty much good luck buddy. So of course there is no wine bag on isle 2, so I move into the next item I am looking for. I white cardboard box the size of a laptop that has a lid that can be shut without tape a retail box. I find one that is what I want but is about 1/4 of the size I need. I take the smaller box up front and ask the silver skirt if they have a box like this but bigger. Not only does she not ask if I found my wine bag, but she tells me that if they have one it's on the shelf whereI found the box in my hand. I asked her " So you don't know if you have a box like the one I need in the store?" she looks at me and says "No." No offer to ask someone that does know or wether I can special order a box, nothing.
