The reason I'm giving this one star is because the young man who came to my home was very nice. We still had a problem, however, so my father called the office. Keep in mind, we've used Bug Busters (Salt Lake) for many years and have referred them to friends and family. The lady in the office was very rude to my father, as he was trying to explain the problem. She would not back down from her attitude that she was right. She wouldn't listen to him, and was very disrespectful. I called her and told her how disappointed I was in their customer service. They lost a customer today, and I won't feel comfortable in referring them to anyone else. ...read more
