My wife and I needed to get appliances for our new home. We did our research and looked at several different options and models. We don't have a preference for specific brands and wanted to get the best options with what we could afford. We did want to go with stainless steel and wanted to make sure they would last. When we finally made our decision to go forward and purchase the appliances, the process was quick and easy. The salesmen were knowledgeable and really helpful. They gave us what we needed and provided suggestions when we needed them. The delivery team was great as well! They brought in everything within the provided delivery time frame. You'll be sorry to take your television to this place. Mike said he could fix my television and quoted me a price, but after 2 week he called and said the work would cost double what he quoted me, but I agreed on his price because I wanted my TV fixed. Then after 2 months, he said he could not find the part he needed to fix my television . . . I had to call him to find out why it was taking so long for him to fix my set. He said to come get it. He charged me $30 for his trouble, but I don't believe him as I located the part he needed to fix my set on the Internet in less than 10 minutes . . . the part he said he could not find. It is apparent Mike is a lazy technician. He is not to be trusted to do a good job. I should have figured him to be a no-good-for-nothing as his appearance is less than professional and his shop is messy and cluttered with garbage . . . which is a reflection of his work ethic.
