Needed phone fixed
Staff was friendly and fast! Needed phone worked on and was greeted quickly and problem was resolved in a timely manner. I would recomend them and will probably be returning for more services.
Fixed my Blackberry 9700
My Blackberry 9700 screen went white. I needed it to be fixed right away, but the part wasn't available until ten days. Everybody at AT&T went out of their way to get me my phone back the same day!! Thanks Shane at the Sugarhouse store in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Amazing customer service! Very understanding and educated on our two phones that needed repairs! I would go back to this workbench emploee anytime it was worth the drive!
my cracked IPhone
I brought my cracked IPhone in and they fixed it to a "like new" condition in almost no time for only $65.. While I was waiting one of the sales people spoke to me of other phones i was interested in as my upgrade will be coming up in a few months. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful with all of the phones.
