I'm a contractor in Eugene OR. I stopped using these guys after they almost put my whole business under water. Simply because i had a bigger job than normal, they held $6,000 for fear of it being fraudulent. i had gotten a new job at a salon.the new owner didnt want to deal with our money so she told us to sign up for the credit card machine she gave us the number to n eliot sales executives name Lynette Stalick.Lynette was very nice on the phone ..great customer service n called us immediately to answer any questions we had...so the next day she came n help us set up..told us everything we needed to know...she told us that it was a 1 year contract..so not knowing anything we signed up...now that the salon has switch owners and i am not currently there anymore...i called eliot told them i wanted to cancel it.not knowing they had told me i signed up for a 3 year contract..i told them that the sale executive told me 1 year.so they said they cant do anything about it that they re still going to charge me $50 dollar for not in use and $ 495 for early termanation..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE they lie to try to get u to sign up all a scam now im stuck with another 2 year contract.LYNNETTE wont call bac ...read more

I had a client suggest ELIOT as they were ran by honest LDS people. Not I am experiencing exactly what "No Integrity" and the rest of these people are saying.
