Spa Trouve ripped me off big time. I purchased botox and juvederm. The Botox did not work (it has worked in the past just fine). They charged me over $500 for the juvederm assuring me that I could 'bank' what I did not use since I didn't need a full bottle. The injectors assured me as well as the front desk who told me repeatedly that it was noted on my account. I trusted them and called to make an appointment just a few months after my first treatment. They stated that they didn't 'bank' juvederm and knew nothing about the agreement they had made. I used about 1/4 of the treatment the first time so the remainder was a complete waste that I paid for. This company is a fraud. Elase was so much better. They are always late (on average 45-60 minutes late each appointment). They don't apologize for anything and they will tell you whatever you need to hear in order to get you to purchase something. Even if it means lying to you, taking your money, and going back on their word. I don't trust them. I will never return to this business and I will tell everyone I know about the horrible experience I had here. ...read more

I went and got a perm, and was told it did what it was supposed to and that a perm just gives hair volume and the option to curl it. My hair has a natural curl, and now it is just frizzy and large and is RUINED! I went back and let the manager style it, and left when she started using the curling iron on still WET pieces of my hair! She may have been doing hair for 11 years but even I know not to take a 400 degree curling wand to wet hair! Needless to say I left with TEARS rolling down my face!! Lost almost 100 dollars and 3 hours of my time!Never been more disappointed in my life. I was a loyal customer there who has tried almost every service. I will NEVER EVER go back. I absolutely love this salon! I stumbled upon this salon many years ago when I needed them to fix a hack job for me! I was so impressed with the staff, the atmosphere, and the services they provide, I will never go anywhere else. I switch between two stylists ( the manager and owner) and love them both. It's like coming in to visit a friend. I think their prices are reasonable. Especially since you are getting a quality product and service. I only get my hair done, but the salon has so much to offer. They have a great boutique to browse, and they have recently expanded adding additional services. It's a one stop place for all of your beauty, fitness and relaxation needs. I cant think of anywhere else in utah that offers all of the services they provide.
