has reputation of very drastic rate increases, very small presence in the big picture, has not shown that they are committed for the long term. there are clients that have had 5 + agents in 5 years with the company ( very high rate of agent failure in some areas ), will terminated their on agents for rediculus reasons, current agents have some major issues working with management, AM best rates the company outlook as negative, There are many better options for your Property and Casualty needs in my opinion . ...read more
