We bought a Perry Homes home a while ago and the carpets are buckling up in every room in our house. A representative from the carpet manufacturer came and looked at it and said it was not installed correctly. Even though it has been nearly three years since we purchased our home this problem began shortly after we moved in. We feel that Shag-Rug-La should come and re-stretch it for us at their expense because if the carpet had been installed correctly to begin with this would not have been an issue. We are only in the home on weekends since my husband and I both work out of town so we do not feel this is a problem caused by excessive wear on the carpet. For this reason at this point we would not recommend Shag-Rug-La to anyone we know. ...read more
