To start off with they gave me an eye infection with their lash extensions (my eyes were so swollen and red I could barely open them, tears were constantly streaming down my face and 2 of their stylists commented that I had puss coming out on my lash line) and had to have an emergency removal, which they charged me for as well. When I got there their receptionist, I believe her name was Jess, was beyond rude to me in front of the stylists and other clients. When I called to talk to the owner, Peggy, about the behavior of the receptionist she was completely unapologetic about it and basically told me to get over it and that it was a misunderstanding. She never once uttered that she was sorry that I had such a bad experience or asked what she could do to correct the situation.
