Purchased tempered glass for my dining room table. They were unwilling to match competitors discounts but I went with them to support the local community. Sometimes it is not worth it to buy local. After a month of light use, my tempered glass exploded in our empty dining room all by itself! I called and explained the phenomenon and questioned their tempering process and they treated me like garbage. I can understand no warranty on glass but come on, when a customer spends $$$ for a product purchased a month prior, you probably ought to make a peace offering of some sort. Recently i had a fire in my house and service master really lived up to there name during that difficult time they responded to the house with in one hour of making a phone call to our insurance adjusters Very Prompt, There team of restoration professionals where prompt and had the house livable with in three days. Sanders Glass is the best. They have competetive prices and do a great job the first time. I have had them do all my auto and home glass and have nothing but the highest regard for John and his team.
