Purchased tempered glass for my dining room table. They were unwilling to match competitors discounts but I went with them to support the local community. Sometimes it is not worth it to buy local. After a month of light use, my tempered glass exploded in our empty dining room all by itself! I called and explained the phenomenon and questioned their tempering process and they treated me like garbage. I can understand no warranty on glass but come on, when a customer spends $$$ for a product purchased a month prior, you probably ought to make a peace offering of some sort.
