I went to Number ONe Nail Salon on Saturday, August 16th and was not given the option of razoring my feet. Next thing I know she has hacked a big chunk out of the side of my foot. It was a huge gouge. I was not happy. The girl immediately put a cotton ball on it with some kind of anesthetic so I couldn't even see it. It burned. I was appalled when she told me I should "smile"! I told her it hurt! I was even more appalled when she charged me for the wound, didn't even offer a discount! I will not be back. I have since found out they should always ask for razoring because they must be licensed to do it. Unfortunately, for me it became infected and now 7 weeks later I still can't wear a shoe because of the location of the wound!
