My husband has done bussiness with this store for a few years and has always paid his bills. He called to see if they would hold his check for 1 day and they said that was fine. The next day I went yo balance out our account and it was negative 600.20. So I called the cash store and they had mistakenly deposited the check. Now I have no money , my bank has charged me returned check charges but you refuse to take care of the over draft fees because of ther mistake . They said people do make mistakes and yes they do but not usually at my expense. What a way to take care of your customers. They admitted making a mistake but why cant your company stand behind it? I just cannot believe that some thing that we took the time and resposibility to do was not done and nothing is going to be done . Maybe you should make sure to tell your customers they will be resposible for all mistakes in the future. ...read more
