Because I had not lived in an apartment in over 20 years, I feel very fortunate that I found and chose to live in Stone Creek Ranch.||[]||[]The property speaks for itself. If you are looking for best apartments in town, this is the obvious choice. They are less than 5 years old, very clean, great floor plans, and I love the fact that the complex has under 120 units. As a single parent it was important that I find a 3 bedroom unit and they have those as well. This complex is nice looking from the outside, however that is the only positive point. There is a MAJOR noise issue, with little to no insulation between walls/floors. Don't bother asking management for assistance with noise complaints. She will agree that there is a problem, but then fail to follow thru with rectifying the problem. Parking is also an issue, as there are too few spaces for residents, and non-residents are allowed to park inside the gate. If you pay for covered parking in hopes of securing a spot to park, know that this is not regulated by anyone, and there's no guarantee that you will actually get to park in your own spot. They promote their "secure parking lot," however the gate is rarely closed, and this also causes a safety issue due to people coming in thru the exit and not paying attention to exiting traffic. Management leaves "friendly reminders" on doors almost weekly, however said management fails to comply with the rules herself, regarding parking, noise, and glass containers in the pool area.
