My BCBS HMO picked this doctor. So I called to schedule an appointment. I was told it would be at least three weeks. Well I am almost out of my medicine and knew I couldn't wait that long. Before I could even get that out of my mouth, the girl answering the phone sent me to someone's voice mail and 2 weeks later...........NO PHONE CALL back! My advice- Try somewhere else! The Breast Diagnostic Center in Webster, Tx is the BEST! Very pleasant on the phone, exceptionally pleasant check in at this location. Waiting area is clean and pleasant. All of the check in procedure went quickly. The Technicians doing the x-rays are very caring and polite. All women work there, as years ago i had a male technician at a different place. All of the years I have been going here each time has been very a very pleasant experience! I HIGHLY recommend this place! ...read more
