getting an appointment was a nightmare
My BCBS HMO picked this doctor. So I called to schedule an appointment. I was told it would be at least three weeks. Well I am almost out of my medicine and knew I couldn't wait that long. Before I could even get that out of my mouth, the girl answering the phone sent m...e to someone's voice mail and 2 weeks later...........NO PHONE CALL back! My advice- Try somewhere else! Not even a patient there and that is how I got treated!
