I ordered a used Billy Cook roping saddle from Teskeys online store over the weekend. The following Monday I received a call from Michael Teskey telling me that the saddle had already been sold. Being from Las Vegas I immediately expected to get a sales pitch on how I should by one of their new saddles...but instead I was told that Teskeys would honor the sale and sent me a new Billy Cook roping saddle at NO additional cost!
